We literally wanted to stay at the property for our whole trip. The kids loved the pool, TV room, and ping pong table; they remained entertained the entire time. We used the conveniently supplied bikes to ride to coffee every morning. The golf cart was great to get to the beach and back. There really are dolphins swimming by the dock every day! This is how it’s done not all rentals end up being exactly what the ad showed. Not the case here this place is well kept incredibly well stocked absolutely stunning and the pictures that are lovely online. Still don’t do it justice. Everything was exactly as promised and as described the host were communicative, generous and very easy to work with. We had an absolutely fabulous time with six high school seniors and six adults. We arrived after 3 days at Universal Studios in Orlando and it was just what we wanted, a nice relaxing end to our vacation. The home itself is better than the pictures. Super spacious, comfortable beds, very clean and a great backyard to enjoy the sun! We loved all the amenities and our kids especially enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaking, using the golf cart, the location to the beach, etc. It was perfect! Tom is great to work with. We have stayed at a couple of his properties and each time it has been amazing. He is super easy to communicate with and is great at providing plenty of information about the property.
