Beachfront 2BR/2BA on Indian Rocks Beach – Pool – Sleeps 6! 🌊🐚 Welcome to your slice of paradise at Sea Isle Villas, located directly on the sugar sand shores of Indian Rocks Beach—voted one of the best beaches in the world! This beautiful condo offers fantastic direct views of both the beach and the heated pool from the living room and your private balcony. The unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed in the Primary bedroom and a queen bed plus twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. Sorry, no pets allowed. You’ll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table for four, breakfast bar seating for two, and the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. One assigned parking space is guaranteed with your reservation. Additional parking spaces (not under the building) are first come, first served and limited. If those spots are full, we are unable to assist with extra parking. To help you settle in, we provide starter essentials including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, trash bags, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, dish towels, and one full set of bath towels plus one beach towel per guest based on occupancy. These items are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, oils, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or aluminum foil. If someone other than the guest is paying, the payer’s email must be added to the booking, and only the payer may e-sign the rental agreement. Once signed, guest instructions will automatically send at 3PM on your arrival day. At least one guest must be 25 years old. Under ADA and Florida law, only documented service animals are permitted. Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in, including no refunds for health conditions, weather, red tide, cold water, hurricanes (June 1–November 30), or transportation issues such as flight cancellations. Approved date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee per change plus any rate difference. Heated pools may feel cool during colder weather, and refunds will not be issued due to pool temperature. Please be aware that after a hurricane there may be temporary closures of beaches, restaurants, roads, amenities, pools, elevators, Wi-Fi, or cable. The no-refund policy remains in effect in these circumstances, which is why CFAR travel insurance coverage is highly recommended. Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. Private beach access was top teir for me. We took our honeymoon and stayed for a week! They provided everything you could think of besides food of course. Property manager was good in communicating and owning the washer debacle. Way too much constant noise from the unit above us beds not comfortable and quirky lights. Location was very good. Condo was clean, view great, beach wonderful. Overall stay was positive but if you are a family that wants to cook I would recommend you bring your own tools as cookware was limited and not in good shape. Also, no (zero) standard kitchen items like seasoning, foil, dishwashing detergent, etc, all needed to be purchased. That was my only complaint. ##### Stan B. Very clean and had prompt communication with the property manager. We loved having an elevator that went to the unit balcony directly (with a key for security). We also loved the unit had beach chairs and items available for use. I would recommend taking an extra blanket and wash cloths. Unit above us was very noisy but expected in a condo. ##### Seth G. More towels, no big deal. Instruction on washer, dryer. Very small and it is not user friendly. There is a tray that accumulates water and maids do not empty so the machine shuts down and I guess your suppose to know? Also took a while to figure out T.V. again no instructions. Also the no curtain on the bathroom just some type of vinyl covering. I bet you didn’t realize people can see you take a shower from the other garage parking. At least some good outlines. Also no lock on the back door. Yes I realize that the elevator shouldn’t bring up just anyone, but it’s kind of disturbing to not have a lock on the patio door. Maybe that’s just me being paranoid. On the positive side. Good communication with the rental manager. House was lovely except for the spare bedroom closet that was turned into a T.V. Console. Had a very strong mildew smell! The view was not disappointing and everyone was super nice. ##### karen c. The condo, the scenery and the experience. The elevator to allow for access to your unit was a unique and fun touch. Everything was clean and well maintained.
