This bright second-floor unit offers a comfortable, easygoing stay just three minutes from Indian Rocks Beach. Two bedrooms, one full bath, a well-equipped kitchen, and a relaxed living area with a queen sleeper make it simple for families and groups to settle in. Sleeps up to eight with fast WiFi, smart TV, and everything needed for easy meals. Direct pool access, parking, and beach gear add convenience. Close to restaurants, parks, and sunset views, it is a calm, welcoming base for your stay.  
  
I like to say hello in person, but keep to myself otherwise.  
  
1st Street sits in one of the most relaxed pockets of Indian Rocks Beach. Quiet residential blocks. Easy beach access. Close to restaurants, coffee spots, and all the classic Florida day trips visitors look forward to. It is the kind of area where you can slow down without feeling isolated.  
  
When you want to explore, everything is close. The Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo lights up from late November through January 1\. St. John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk offers seafood, shopping, and dolphin cruises. Families can divide their time between the Clearwater Aquarium, Tampa Lowry Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium without worrying about long drives.  
  
If you prefer slower moments, Sunken Gardens is great for a peaceful walk. Kids love Dinosaur World. Tarpon Springs brings Greek food and a charming waterfront district. Hyde Park is perfect for shopping and coffee stops. Downtown St. Pete and the St. Pete Pier stay lively with events, restaurants, and water views.

• Jolley Trolley runs through the beach communities with stops along Gulf Boulevard. It’s the easiest public transit option for getting up and down the coast.  
• PSTA Bus Route 59 connects to Clearwater and Largo for broader access.  
• Rideshare (Uber and Lyft) is widely available and usually quick.  
• Car rentals are easy to arrange at Tampa or St. Pete airports if you plan day trips or want full flexibility.
