Brand new large 2-bedroom Gulf Front Condo Upper Floor (992 sq ft) directly on the beach with resort amenities and 24-hour guest services. There are only 3 of these luxurious upper-floor, corner units, which are located on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors. If you are fortunate enough to book one of these, you are in for a breathtaking view from the windows in every room! Upon entering this unit, you will notice the marble floors that run throughout the space. Your master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower and dual sinks. As you make your way towards the common living area, you will pass the second full bathroom with a soaker tub and the second, queen bedroom with a large closet. The grand hallway ends in the open-concept living area with a large kitchen island and a pullout couch. The beauty of these unique units is realized when you open your retractable sliding doors and step onto the private balcony, where you can enjoy dinner, a cup of coffee, or just some quiet time watching the sunset on the ocean. These are truly special beachfront units! Each bedroom has a 50" TV, while the living room has a 65" TV. Every unit includes all the amenities found in traditional hotels including all linens, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Whether you choose to eat in or dine out at one of the many restaurants, your unit is equipped with dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and even baking items. Also included in each unit are a blow dryer, stackable washer and dryer, full-size appliances, iron, and ironing board. Each unit will have a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave to make your mornings easy and hassle-free. As our guest, you will have 24-hour concierge service and access to the pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a full bar overlooking the pool. There are umbrellas, chairs and a sports area set up on our private beach area with volleyball, cornhole and horseshoes available. Should you prefer to bask in the sun closer to the water, there is a company that sets up and rents cabanas with 2 chairs. While you will have a private condo, you will have access to all other areas of the hotel as well as unrestricted beach access. included in the cost of the condo is the resort fee of $45/night+tax, which covers amenities such as access to the pool, jacuzzi, pool/beach towels, fully licensed bar and food, gym, 24-hour concierge service, all in-suite amenities from paper towels to tide pods and refills on k-cups. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) at no charge. Please note that parking is extremely limited, and we can only provide space for one vehicle per unit, so we ask that you plan accordingly. Parking for overnight and day-visitors can be found in the city lots 2-3 blocks from the hotel at a cost of approximately $3.25/hour. We will place a $200 hold on your credit or debit card when you arrive to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay. This hold will be released when you check out. If you are planning to bring your furry friend, a Pet fee of $85/night plus tax will apply. Limit of 2 pets per suite with a combined weight of 30 lbs or less. Please contact the property with questions. ADA-recognized service pets are exempt from pet fees and weight limitations, but be aware that ESA pets are not covered under the ADA guidelines and will be subject to the $85+tax/night pet fee. If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. Pool was clean, it never got overcrowded or rambunctious. The bar was conveniently located at the pool deck and served great drinks. I would have appreciated a nice restaurant but the snacks at the bar sufficed. Sandy yard with volleyball, teather ball, horse shoes, a lot of seating woth umbrellas, and access to the ocean. Only negative was the furniture in living area (couch/chair) was very modern styled to coordinate with the all-white decor but not functional or comfy. We liked having the extra wide sliders to the balcony. Our unit was an end unit so we had extra windows for sun. We walked to most places (restaurants, John's Pass, ice cream, etc.).
