But, for the price paid I have to say that I was a little disappointed with the overall condition of the unit. It is very dated and the wear is pretty apparent, especially living room furniture and kitchen. The place needs a renovation, but I still love the Lands End condo complex. The condo (Building 1 unit 401) itself was was payed out well and had a great view. Being across from the pool was very convenient and it was surprisingly quiet. It was a little outdated, which we didn’t mind. Everything seemed to work fine as well. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the bathroom could use some extra attention. It was not cleaned well (we found someone’s medication on the floor next to the toilet, the shower grout had mold, there was a shower pad in the bottom of the tub that needed very much to be replaced, and the shower head needed to be replaced as it had a lot of gross looking build up on it). We will definitely stay at the complex again but probably pick a different unit until the bathroom issues are fixed.
