Parking was great, pool and beach are very close, easy access to unit from elevator and stairs. However, fridge leaked on the floor every day. Called the manager to have someone come but nobody ever did. Woke up every morning to a puddle on the floor. Sofa’s and chairs are worn out. Sofa’s have a piece of plywood under the cushions to prevent sagging and are very uncomfortable to sit on. Time for new furniture to justify the cost of this rental. Unit could have been cleaned better by cleaning staff. Cups, dishes and cutlery were dirty and found a pair of socks on the floor from previous renters. ##### Paul B. The refrigerator was dirty and had sticky stuff on the shelves. We all got sick and think it was from the dirty vents. They did send a person out to clean, but didn’t look like they did much of anything! Never received a call back from anyone! Very disappointed with the condo! Reviewer Comments: Weather was perfect. Resort Rentals handled everything efficiently and were friendly. The condo was clean, attractive and most important at the beach in Florida, no bugs! However after staying in many units at this location we will not return to this one. We brought beach towels, but for four people we were provided with only 7 bath towels for one week! The linen closet was locked as were many others. So we had a wonderful vacation with the one dissapointment. Would definitely recommend Resort Rentals and Lands End. This particular condo was clean and has a nice updated kitchen, bathrooms and living area. The bedrooms are a little dated, but we don't go to Lands End to hang out in the bedrooms.
