There’s also an in-ground pool to enjoy and a convenient sand rinse station located just outside the unit to help keep the condo sand-free. A pull-out sofa bed is located in the living room. Oceana’s $40 + tax daily stay fee is already included in your booking price. Check-in takes place across the street at the Oceana West building (2nd floor) between 9am–9pm daily. Arrivals outside those hours will receive a nearby off-site check-in location. There is a front desk for assistance. Beach equipment rentals are available directly on the beach, and daily or nightly dock rentals may be reserved and paid through Oceana Provident. Please note that only ONE assigned parking space is included with your reservation. We cannot assist with parking for additional vehicles. There are no grills on the property. Policies for boats, kayaks, jet skis, and RVs vary by unit—please confirm approval prior to booking and do not assume they are allowed. This prime location places you close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and just minutes from John’s Pass. A beach trolley is available for a small fee. Starter essentials are provided to help you settle in, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, trash bags, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, dish towels, and one full set of bath towels plus one beach towel per guest based on occupancy. These items are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, oils, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or aluminum foil. Minimum age requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years old. Under ADA and Florida law, only documented service animals are permitted. If someone other than the guest is paying, the payer’s email must be added to the booking, and only the payer may e-sign the rental agreement. The signed agreement ensures guest instructions are automatically sent at 3PM on arrival day. Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health issues, weather, hurricanes (June 1–November 30), red tide, cold water temperatures, flight cancellations, or other travel disruptions. Approved date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee per change plus any rate difference. Heated pools may feel cool during colder weather, and no refunds will be given for cold water temperatures. Please understand that after a hurricane there may be temporary closures of beaches, restaurants, roads, amenities, pools, elevators, Wi-Fi, or cable. The no-refund policy remains in effect under these circumstances. Travel insurance, including CFAR coverage, is highly recommended. Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. We booked this condo at the last minute and loved it! Beautiful unit, all the amenities you need for days at the beach, chairs, towels, cooler etc. The rental cabanas right out front were perfect. The beach was gorgeous. Only tricky part is the one parking spot included is right next to the wall and a pole so our minivan barely fit. But would love to come again. ##### Kelly F. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. From the comments about parking being tight, I was concerned since we had to take the larger SUV. Once we got there, it is small but between me and a suburban we were fine! Just have your passengers get out before parking. The condo was clean and updated. The balcony view was beautiful. The parking space was tight, but we knew that ahead of time. The only thing that was missing that we expected to have were shampoos and soap for the bathrooms. ##### Nate R. Loved being able to rent a cabana, $40/day with two lounge chairs. Condo was well stocked with everything needed for those that like to cook. And that couch... doesn't look like anything special, but it really sucks you in! All of us had nice naps on it :-) ##### Pam O. Beautiful place right on the beach with sandy beaches and blue water. Loved it. Management was very responsive and helpful during my stay can easily walk to some fun restaurants like caddies or take a Lyft. one thing, beach chairs and umbrellas and everything you need for the beach is provided, but if you’re looking to cook, there is nothing. No leftover oil or salt and pepper. We were out the whole time but for those looking to take advantage of the kitchen just a helpful note. ##### Lauren W. We stayed for a long mother-daughter weekend with my daughter, her friend and friend's mother. This condo was exactly as pictured. Very attractive decor with many beach accessories provided which was an added plus that we did not expect. It is on the smaller side, but comfortable for the four of us. Condo grounds were very clean & well maintained. Rockers were nice on the balcony overlooking the beach. Nice tvs in living and both bedrooms. Only downside was the very tight parking space. A standard rental SUV barely fit. Would definately stay again. ##### Tara H. We have traveled to the Gulf Coast beaches for vacation for the last 12 years and this is our best experience by far! The property is beautiful and just the right size for our little romantic getaway. The beach was not over populated but still had access to amenities like cabanas and chairs to rent. The unit itself has a closet full of beach necessities. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff was responsive and accommodating. Thank you for offering two options for coffee making!!! The parking is tight as described but doable. Allow your passengers to exit the vehicle before parking. Easy access to the beach as well as restaurants and activities off property. The couch is perfect for naps and balcony boasts a beautiful full view of the beach and gorgeous sunsets. We will return to this property as soon as we can. . ##### Patrice J. I booked this condo originally for a gymnastics meet that was canceled after hurricane Helene. I was unable to cancel my booking due to the rental policy and the insurance company wouldn’t refund me either unless the condo was inoperable within 30 days of my trip, or other last minute emergencies. The owner offered to let me change my dates, but we already had other trips planned and couldn’t squeeze another trip in. So we kept our original dates and had a nice relaxing weekend at the beach. After the initial frustration of not being able to cancel or rebook, the condo and Treasure Island did not disappoint! The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for the weekend, including plenty of beach gear. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of extra linens and towels. I was impressed with how well the area has recovered from Helene and they seemed eager to welcome tourists back. There was plenty for us to do. Restaurants and shops were open and it was a great weekend! ##### Michelle W. The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked - the kitchen and also items for the beach. We took advantage of the beach cabana rentals - folks really nice and took care of us very well! Sunsets were so pretty - words cannot even describe! Loved having rooftop access and use of the pool and hot tub! We had some problems with our key card but easily resolved with help from the check in desk! She was so nice to help - even after hours! Would gladly spend more time here! Close to good restaurants and grocery stores too!
