This corner 1 BR 1 BA unit is perfect for your next getaway. With water views from each end of the unit, you won't miss the beautiful sunrise and sunsets each day. This private unit is centrally located on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. Local restaurants and bars as close as a 5-minute walk. Perfect location for food, drinks, and live music with even more options along the coast. Minutes away from grocery and pharmacy stores. All that you need for a relaxing trip! Note: Pool is under renovation with an expected completion timeframe of July 2026. The space \*\*\*Property recently renovated\*\*\* Living Room: Living room provides ample seating with a recliner chair and couch. Couch pulls out to a queen size bed for extra sleeping space. Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Books, board games and a blu-ray player provided. Dining: Table for 4 with extra seating at the breakfast bar. Kitchen: All the necessities - Fridge with ice maker, oven, stovetop, microwave, and Keurig coffee bar. Utensils and cookware provided. Blender and teapot available. Bathroom: Shower with tub. It is the end unit facing the ocean only steps from the beach. The apartment itself is very comfortable and comes with all kinds of beach equipment to help you enjoy your stay. It is walking distance to two restaurants and the supermarket is only a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay! ##### Eva G. We had an awesome stay at this condo! We loved that it came so well equipped with necessities, along with items for our toddler to reduce packing needs (plates, cups, booster, pack n play). It was also so nice that they had chairs and beach towels to use as well! One small housekeeping hiccup was handled very quickly with great communication. This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Very clean. Enjoyed the snack basket that was in the condo. Loved having the beach just a few steps away and always in sight. A short walk down the beach we found Caddy’s restaurant/bar and absolutely fell in love with it too. Lots of beautiful sea shells and sand dollars on the beach too. Absolutely loved this place. Owners were great and communicated well. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The pull out bed was surprisingly good. There were beach chairs/umbrella and toys for the kids. It is a corner unit which is right by the stairs which was perfect. There was basically no foot traffic by the unit. Pool/beach/view were all perfect. The pictures shown were just as the unit looks. It has been updated, beautiful furniture and clean. The owners have thought about everything from cooking supplies, beach chairs to the smallest of things like bandaids. They offer lots of amenities that I have not seen in other places we have rented. Wonderful communication back and forth with the owners - quick responses. Don’t hesitate to rent this nice beachfront unit. You will be very happy. ##### Lisa G. The host reached out to let us know that their unit wasn't affected, but the property had some cleanup being done. We decided to still stay at the property and could not have been happier. Property is right on the beautiful beach, unit was clean and fit our needs perfectly. I like the fact that there were beach chairs and towels to use, air travel makes it difficult to have our own. The hosts met us there on check in day, very communicative and checked in periodically. Decorated in beach them with a little basket in case you forgot something. The view from the 3rd floor was gorgeous. The folding beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and patio furniture were a nice bonus since we had to fly down and could not bring those items. They also provided extra essentials for a few days ( dish detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, lotions…etc) The master bed was very soft and comfortable. Even though it was spring break it was not loud. You can walk to some really nice restaurants. This condo is literally oceanfront so we didn’t have to walk far at all to set up for the day. The owner made sure to keep in touch before, during and after our trip. We have booked several trips via VRBO and he has the best communication! Highly recommend this condo! ##### Anthony K. Like someone told me years ago when you’re looking for a place to buy or a vacation spot to go to it’s always about location location location and this is the place to go! I have stayed in other places in Treasure Island but this is now my favorite! The most breathtaking views of the gulf and sunsets, the beach and the water right outside of the unit. Everything about the process was easy, and our hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. Tons of places in the area to eat, if you’re looking for an excellent meal, look no further than the restaurant “Middle Grounds”. The unit itself is spotless and had everything we could possibly need for our stay including beach chairs & umbrella, chairs to sit on the balcony for those amazing sunsets and small items that were thought of for us in case we forgot something. The pool is also awesome! We will no doubt be booking again in the near future! Thanks again Jason! ##### J B. My dad passed away a year ago and I try taking my mom places just the two of us. She has never been to St. Pete and only to the beach a couple of times. We flew in after dark and was not able to see the outside until the next day. The place had been recommended to me from a friend that lives in the area. As we entered, my mom had a smile on her face. The place was exactly as pictured. I have stayed in many VRBOs and this was the cleanest and nicest one I have been in. Everything looked brand new and not worn out. There was a basket filled with lots of treats and extra things were located in the bathroom if you forgot anything. The bed was very comfortable. The view was exceptional and you could hear the waves even in bed. I loved where we were located because we didn't have all the traffic noise. Caddy's was the only place really close for someone older to walk to for a meal. We did use the free ride to go wherever we needed to go and the uber for the airport. I will definitely be back again. My mother enjoyed herself and that made me very happy. Thanks to the owner for making sure everything was perfect and taking pride in what you do. ##### Teresa W. This was the perfect place and met all the criteria we were looking for, especially for the price, and especially compared to other options in the area. The condo was extremely well-appointed, clean, and decorated very nicely. There were extra items as others stated in case you forgot something, just like you may find in a hotel. There were enough towels, pillows, extra blankets, etc which sometimes you do not find in rental properties. The listing was extremely accurate in their photos, depiction, and description of the amenities and items offered. The location was unbeatable. If you want to be ON the beach, you will be extremely satisfied. There is nothing separating the building from the beach, and this specific stretch of beach is not wide at all, so you are a stone’s throw from the water. The pool is also directly on the beach and very easily accessible. The convenience of this cannot be stressed enough especially if you have small kids or families who cannot stay in one place for very long. You can see out to the pool and the beach easily from the condo. This is a quieter stretch, which is exactly what we were looking for. Other spots along this beach can be busier at certain times. But the location is near one of the main roads which takes you onto the island and you won’t have to travel far to access other areas. I looked for a place for a long time and I am glad I found this property. I will also definitely return if possible! ##### Linzee602 B.
