From May through October, pool heating is typically unnecessary, as the weather naturally keeps the water warm. However, if you’d still like it, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Our pool uses a heat pump, which depends on the outdoor air temperature. While it’s generally effective, colder weather can impact performance and may result in the pool not reaching your ideal temperature. Due to these weather-related factors, we’re unable to offer refunds for pool heat if the temperature isn’t exactly as expected.
