Ocean Side 202 is a Two bedroom, 2 bath, gulf front updated condominium that was built in 2004 and offers an amazing view of Indian Rocks Beach. It is also on the scale of smaller buildings compared to other complexes within the area which makes it perfect for those wanting a vacation without the overpopulation. However, keep in mind that this building is a wood frame building and noise does transmit through the floors. Located within walking distance to the hub of Indian Rocks Beach, Ocean Side 202 is perfect for those wishing to explore the area on foot.
