With peaceful water views from your private balcony and only 2 blocks from the beach, you won't want to leave! Walk to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach in 3 minutes or head downstairs to the all ages Splash Harbour Water Park with your 4 free passes ($100 value per day) that can be used every day of your stay. Additional passes are half price. Whether you want to zoom down the 2 water slides, relax on the lazy river, or grab some food and drinks at the Rum Shack, there will be plenty of activities for the whole family without ever leaving the condo. Feeling adventurous? Explore the city of Indian Rocks Beach during the day for some local cuisine or enjoy the nightlife within walking distance to 10 pubs and bars, with every variety of food and drink imaginable. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying morning coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins play in the intercoastal—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. The water park on the property was a huge bonus and provided hours of fun for everyone. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Property was clean and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Great location located right on the intercoastal and just two blocks from the beach, very easy walk. This was perfect for our family of 5\. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The splash Harbor water park was a highlight for our family. It kept the kids Happy And entertained all week. We also enjoyed spending time at the beach everyday, and the walk to the beach was easy. It was nice that the condo had chairs, beach umbrella, and he wagon to help with the walk to the beach. There are also many great family activities to do around the area including miniature golf, the Clearwater Aquarium, and shelling. I would recommend this place to my friends! ##### E E. The water park and access to Holiday Inn's amenities (putt putt and game room) were great for the kids.. The condo is centrally located on Indian Rocks beach (one block from the beach and amazing sunsets) and within walking distance to some of the best staples like Crabby Bills, Slyce pizza, PJ's and much more... plus their is a CVS one block away in case you forgot anything. Another perk was the really nice sand volleyball court at the adjacent city park. We rented bikes and enjoyed all that the gold beach community had to offer. The property and amenities can save a family time and money since they are on the property and included in the rental. Located only a few steps from the beach. Cute restaurants and shops in walking distance. Short drive to St.Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa. This is an end unit so the view from the balcony and sundeck are stunning. Although the complex has a water park the condo is located away from the noise. Nice and private with easy access to the fun. Good communication and clear rental instructions.
