  • 104 is a NEWLY RENOVATED one bedroom/one bathroom gulf front condo located in Sandy Shores on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Madeira Beach, Florida. This condo has a large dining and living room area that opens out to the private balcony where the view of the beach and gulf is spectacular.

    The spacious living room features a large flat-screen TV and complimentary high-speed internet with WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cabinets stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils—everything you need for a convenient stay. A tankless water heater ensures hot water for long, relaxing showers. The main bedroom includes two queen beds, a closet, and another flat-screen TV. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 4 guests.

    Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. This is a non smoking accommodation.

    There is one assigned parking spot available for this unit with guest parking available on site
