  • Sandy Shores #304 - Fantastic large open plan one bedroom one bath unit at Sandy Shores. Updated Kitchen with granite counter tops and maple cabinetry, fully stocked with everything you need.

    Sandy Shores #304 offers a large living area has ample seating and opens out the the direct beach front balcony looking over the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom has two queen beds, television and walk in closet. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. Please note there is also a sleeper sofa in the living area (sheets available upon check-in). Enjoy free WiFi. This condo doesn't have a phone.

    Sandy Shores is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

    You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed

    As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Sorry No Pets Allowed.

John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

    Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

    Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.
