Free Bikes, free parking, outdoor grill, beach supplies, smart TVs, backyard lounge area, outdoor Jenga, hosts that go above and beyond to make sure you LOVE your stay. These are fully remodeled homes with modern kitchens, however maintain their charm. Walking distance to charming downtown Dunedin with plenty of shops/bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Walk two blocks to the ocean and watch the sunset over the gulf.

What a great place to stay. Conveniently located to wonderful beaches and Dunedin is an inviting and wonderful town. The cottage had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to see the sunset over the gulf each night. Denay is a gracious host.

good location to the Pinellas Trail!

The location of the house was great as we bought our bikes to ride along the trail and it was close to some pretty beaches.

Everything you need

Is cottage has everything you need, all you need to bring is your toothbrush and toothpaste. A few blocks from the beach and a cute little neighborhood with walking trails and bike trails. Very friendly town with little shops and restaurants.

Perfectly located for an easy walk into downtown Dunedin. The outdoor yard space is very enjoyable. This home was very clean and well equipped. Will definitely be considering for future visits and recommending to friends.

Cottage by the bay

My stay was wonderful. The cottage was a perfect location for me. Right off Pinellas Trail. Which takes you right into Downtown Dunedin, loads of cute shops, breweries, and so many eateries. And two blocks from the bay, sun sets are beautiful from there. I am looking forward to returning. The cottage itself was perfect . Very welcoming.

great access to downtown Dunedin. Lovely backyard. Shared with friendly guests in the back. VERY clean. Loved the couch and the kids toys. The snacks were a nice touch too when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again. Playground right across the street.

Perfect!

We stayed at this location for my sister’s wedding at the Fenway. Just by walking in you felt at home. Everything was so clean and put together with simple rules to follow before leaving. We took a little walk down the road to see a beautiful sunset and watch some dolphins playing! If that’s not a perfect destination to stay I don’t know what would be!

The cottage was perfect for us! Our daughter and her puppy vacationed with us there. The cottage was clean, well-appointed regarding linens, furnishings, etc. Our host, Denay was very good at communicating important info to us. And the location is perfect...right next to the Pinellas Trail and walking distance to the gulf and the downtown area of Dunedin. Highly recommend this cottage, in fact we will probably rent again in the future! :)

A Week In Dunedin

The house was well cared for and conveniently located. We mostly ate out, but had a full kitchen if we wanted to cook. The only thing I thought they could've added was to have some condiments in the frig. We had a wonderful time in Dunedin and surrounding areas of Tampa. Our time at the beaches was wonderful and being able to go into the Toronto Blue Jays stadium to watch the fireworks was an added bonus.

The property is very clean and well equipped for cooking. Our questions or concerns were very quickly addressed. It was easy to communicate with the owner. The proximity to the Pinellas Bike Trail and bicycles available for use at the property was a very happy and wonderful surprise. I would not hesitate to return or recommend this property.

Dunedin 23

The house was cute with a perfect location right on the Pinellas Trail 5 min walk to Main St Dunedin with all of it's shops, breweries & restaurants. You can see the Toronto Blue Jays ball park from the front yard. Parking could have been confusing as there are two rentals on the same lot. Luckily the other building was not rented during our stay so the parking was not an issue.

The Cottage

When we arrived at the property I was given earlier the door combo so we were able to get in. It was very clean and inviting as you walked thru the door. The Kitchen was a gallery and a bit small but very nice and well equipped. We were impressed as a basket of snacks and some waters were on the counter for our use. We were never given snacks and it gave us a good feeling that our hostess cares and is very thoughtful. The area was quiet but we couldn't get much to watch on the TV.

Great Stay

My husband and I just spent the month of March at Denay’s lovely home in Dunedin, Fl. From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. Our check in was very smooth. We arrived at night and there were lights on for us, which was nice. The home is beautiful, very clean and spacious and well equipped for a longer stay. The location can’t be beat. You are literally right next to the Pinellas trail and across the street from Blue Jays stadium and also a short walk to downtown. Denay is a superb host. She responds very quickly and addressed a few minor concerns that came up very promptly. She even sent us over a brand new Keurig coffee maker when we asked for one! We enjoyed many pleasant mornings sitting on the porch with our morning coffee. We also appreciated that her home is pet friendly. It was great to have our dog with us for the month. We would not hesitate to stay here again and we highly recommend Denay’s home to anyone looking for a great place in Dunedin.

Great place to stay! We loved the location of it being right by the trail. My husband and I took the bikes out one day for a ride. There was a small park right across the road for the kids to play and a bigger one right down the road. We hope to be back soon!!

Birthday party weekend

Property was clean and well laid out, we were able to put the baby in the second bedroom which was great for naps. The convenience of walking the Trail to restaurants and shops was great! The kitchen had everything we needed. My only recommendation is to have more hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels to dry.
