Come relax on this quiet community with elevator access. This unit is on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. Enjoy breath-taking sunset views from the balcony or take a few steps to the sand and water and enjoy the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants including famous Crabby Bill's. Modern and well equipped 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen was just completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances. Indian Sunset Condominium complex is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. One of eleven units makes for a nice and quiet vacation. This unit is on the top floor with the best view in the house. It faces the Gulf of Mexico directly west to the water. It is set back about 50 feet from the soft sand. It has a walkout to a large covered balcony from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Enjoy meals, reading, and viewing the sunsets on the fully furnished patio. located just steps from the beach to enjoy the sun, beach, sunsets and the warm breezes. Beautiful view from the deck, living room and master. Very quiet place. Beds are super comfy, pool is very clean as well as the condo and grounds. Plenty of towels, blankets, and supplies. The master is very spacious with an oversized bathroom and closet area. The new kitchen is beautiful and we loved cooking there. Plenty of place settings. Spacious table to sit at and enjoy a meal in. There is also so many great restaurants within walking distance. We had a car but you really don’t need one unless you want to venture out The Trolley runs to Clearwater Beach and more. Can’t say enough good about Alex! Getting in and out of the parking are a little tight but was still big enough for a minivan. The view was great from our balcony. The pool was just the right size for the property. The beach is private and not crowded with the closest public access about 2-3 blocks away. All of the people we met were friendly. You have a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bakery, and ice cream. Sightseeing of nature, boats, mansions in just a short drive around town. Clearwater is just about a 20min drive (just plan to spend a while there as parking is about $20 whether you're there an hour or a whole day.) The unit we stayed in was plenty big enough for us (my wife and I, 7 and 12 yr old boys, and my mom.) We brought toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry stuff, but the unit was already stocked. We just left what we brought. The view from the balcony was great as the sunset was directly in front of us. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay on the gulf side of Florida. This was our first time as we normally stay on the Atlantic side, but we plan on coming back sometime in the future. ##### Shad H. The view even better . I would recommend this condo it offered everything you could want for staying in, or going to the beach with the umbrellas and chairs to the table and sofa on the balcony. The beach and ocean view from the deck were amazing, too. This place has everything you need, from beach chairs and towels to cable TV and a Keurig. Very nice condo with an amazing view! Conveniently located to many great restaurants and just steps to the beautiful beach! It was close to everything we wanted to do. We could stay on the beach right up until the rain came in and then go in and sit on the wonderful porch to watch the rain and the ocean. The condo was well stocked, nicely furnished, ad great for families. Watched the sunset from the balcony every night. The place was equipped with everything you need. The only thing is the pool is really small but that doesn't take away from how great this place was. The beds were also very comfortable which is a really big plus for me, every time I vacation my back is usually in pain but I was pain free this vacation. We had a great time. It was clean, well stocked, spacious, and had a great view of the gulf. Alex was awesome to deal with. The best owner we have dealt with yet.
