Excuse our mess while there is construction! We applied a 40% discount on the nightly rate during June and July for the construction so take advantage of this incredible deal! Please note: From July 2025 to January 2026, the building will be undergoing a significant renovation project. Be advised that during this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building, including balcony work, which will result in balcony closure at times. The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there will be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities. Escape to the beach in this elegant 1 bedroom condo. The open concept living area is beautifully decorated, complete with comfortable furniture including a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV to relax and catch up on your favorite shows or a movie while gazing out to the beach while listening to the waves. Savor meals in the gourmet kitchen including every convenience from home you desire with gorgeous stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar area with plenty of seating and a spacious dining table to enjoy those home cooked meals. The large balcony overlooks the beach and with plenty of seating to enjoy a cocktail while watching the amazing sunsets the Gulf. The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open and covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also two restrooms in the gated pool area. Part of the reason for being beachfront is the view. It was impossible to see it through the old foggy glass of the patio doors. You had to open the doors to enjoy the view (and there aren’t any screens). Appreciated the newer mattress on one of the foldouts in the LR but the other one needs replacing. Bathroom also needs updating. Also, the complex is nice but the pool is too small for the building. It says it’s heated but we were there mid May and the pool was still too cold to enjoy. Part of the reason for being beachfront is the view. It was impossible to see it through the old foggy glass of the patio doors. You had to open the doors to enjoy the view (and there aren’t any screens). Appreciated the newer mattress on one of the foldouts in the LR but the other one needs replacing. Bathroom also needs updating. Also, the complex is nice but the pool is too small for the building. It says it’s heated but we were there mid May and the pool was still too cold to enjoy. Reviewer Comments: I recently spent a week in Unit 403, a condo in the vacation rental building called The Chateaux, located on Gulf Blvd. in Indian Shores, Florida. I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience there from start to finish. The unit rental is managed by Florida Lifestyles Vacation Rentals Inc. Their staff are very professional, and it was very easy to secure the rental from Canada. Upon arrival, it was also easy to pick up my unit's keys, and I was provided with a neat package with paperwork pertaining to the rental. The Chateaux building is very clean and well maintained. It is located on a beautiful section of ocean beachfront, and has a very nice heated swimming pool as well. My unit was spotlessly clean on my arrival. I am pretty particular, and it certainly met with my approval. The unit had a very nice layout, was well appointed, and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The view of the beach and ocean off of the balcony was amazing. There are many nice restaurants and golf courses nearby, and it is close enough to Clearwater if you want access to shopping and more restaurants, without the high density hustle and bustle of that area. I played golf at Mainlands in Pinellas Park, about 25 minutes away, and quite liked it. It's a very nice course for an average golfer. One of the restaurants that I particularly enjoyed was The Island Way Grill in Clearwater. A very nice location, with a great outdoor patio overlooking the inland waterway, good food and service, and reasonable prices. Overall, I had a great stay, and have already booked for 2 weeks at The Chateaux next year! ---
