My bed was little bit dirty, many hairs in the pillow, kind of chocolate in bedsheets (maybe blood). The header of the bed was completely loose. AC had a noise. All appliances looks old. Bathroom lock didn’t work. HOUSEKEEPING is only when you check out not during stay. The positive: really close to the beach, they have limited chairs and umbrellas for for guest use, people is very (extra) pleasant, friendly and always able to work with guest requirements.

Nice visit and family stay

The condos are in a great location. Right on the beach. Very nice views. The pool was nice. The condo itself was clean, which is nice. It is a little outdated and the mattress was hard as a rock. Update the mattress and the kitchen and this condo is an “A” instead of a B plus.

I love the location of the resort. Walking distance from many things. Sunsets from the balcony are simply to die for. Dryer on second floor didn't work, kids above us were extreme loud, king bed and pillows in our unit were not comfortable at all ( pillows were huge and tall, bed as old and worn). I loved having a full kitchen, staff was super helpful and friendly. Resort was very clean. Great location at a good price.

The office staff was exceptional! Especially Leeann. Went above and beyond to accommodate the guests and give visitor information. I would have preferred better security. Office clises at 5pm then ur on ur own for the night. Security gate was locked but easy to climb over and elevator was open all night to all floors. Beach access was great! Would have liked a hot tub next to the pool. Overall good experience. Our model needed a little updating but it was clean.

The quieter option

For the same price (or better) of a hotel down the beach, you can have you apartment style accommodations with the same spectacular view of the sunsets. A much quieter option, great for the family or individual wanting to get away. No worries at if you forgot something, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants are in abundance and in a minute’s drive.

Great family vacation accommodation!

Perfect spot for our family vacation with 3 small children. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and it's right on the beach. Plenty of nearby shopping and dining. There's a local nanny service that can come to the room so Mom and Dad can walk to the beach bar for a few hours. It's more like renting a condo so there are only staff there during normal business hours. there is a washer and dryer and you can pay to use and a trash chute. There is a full kitchen with a small dining area and a living room with a small balcony that overlooks the pool and the beach. You have to get on the beach to see the sunset, but you'd wanna do that anyway 🙂. Free parking on site. We'll def stay there again! Reasonable price for the space!

We loved the property in general. The condo was very clean! And the view was breathtaking! The only thing we didn’t like was the office location or lack of signage to specify where office is located. Other than that, we were very satisfied!! We will definitely book again!

Great location right on the beach, easy access to main roads. Quiet location, friendly staff. Decor is a little tired with carpet oin the living areas that collects a lot of sand. Overall nice place to stay for a vacation.

Nice location right on the beach, well appointed and equipped unit. Functional but not luxurious by any means. Very small pool that can hold only few people at once. The beach (sand) is not as clean as the one the left hotels like Tradewinds and the alikes. They can use bigger pool, jacuzzi , pool table or some entertainment for the kids. It has nothing for the kids.

Cockroaches, cockroaches. One was massive and met me in the doorway as I got up one morning. We were on the first floor which was one story up from ground level. The floors and mouldings, especially in the bathroom, were not clean at all. We had to continuously ask for towels and toilet paper. The change machine for washer/dryer would give you 50 cents on the dollar, lol. The location is excellent and we enjoyed the pool and beach very much. Would not stay here again based on the number of cockroaches alone.

Beautiful, Comfy, and Clean!!

We were in #303 and is was beautifully decorated with a beautiful view from living room and bedroom balcony. The king bed was super comfy! We were there as the red tide was disappearing but there was a mild odor and very little breeze.

The Beach was under construction not cool... I was given a twin bed and my husband and I had to sleep separately. It was so noisy in the hallway it sounded like he people walking in the hall was in my room. The sofa bed was hard to get open. took 2 people to get it out. On a good note it was right on the beach.
