Please remove your shoes and put on your flip flops because it is just a walk to the beach from The Cozy Beach House. Nestled in between the Intracoastal Waterway and The Gulf of Mexico, it is moments away to the beautiful white sand beach of Treasure Island. Enjoy the docile blue green waters of the Gulf. Fishing is steps away. Spend relaxing meditative moments with the one you love as you watch the brilliant hues as the sun sets into the Gulf.

The space
Newly renovated, kitchen, bathroom this prior Coast Guard facility has a charm of its own with modern comforts. Enjoy a relaxing, quiet bath in the cast iron claw foot bathtub, equipped with shower.

The location is very private and quiet for a good nights sleep, yet conveniently located to all of the popular night spots, along with all of the festivities that Treasure Island is known, about a 1/2 mile south of Johns Pass

good location

location was good within walking distance to beach. Would suggest for older visitors to invest in a cart to take chairs to beach if weather is really hot. The property has 2 apartments we stayed in the top story apartment with was nice but as shown on the photo did require climbing stairs. the owner was very responsive to any issue and very nice to work with. we enjoyed our stay

The location perfectly matched the price. A few minute walk, straight to the beach. The host was more than thoughful and accommodating. Very quick to respond and always helpful. The place was very clean and cute. The twin bed room is very small and so was the shower. But we made it work.

Best rental ever!

The house's location was SO convenient and perfect. The property was CLEAN and the check in and check out process was so smooth. Mariem is a delight and we will be renting through her again!
