It has basics you need to stay afar without having to eat every meal out. Be sure to bring your own coffee and or tea. Yard was nice and flocks of parrots came near enough to see. Location was near a US post office so did hear trucks in the morning but was manageable. The door was a keypad and no way to ensure locked from inside - when you tried the handle from inside the door opened. Side door was the same concept. Had to hit the exterior lock button and quickly shutdoor.Would have appreciate a deadbolt that worked - just extra comfort -as one night someone staying at unit next door was trying to get in at my door not realizing was at wrong door. I knew locks were working as he could not get in and was an innocent mistake, The extra lock would add an extra level of ease for tenant. ##### Barbara H.
