About this property
Best Gulf Beachfront Sand Dollar 512, 3/2, Sleeps 8, Gulf & Intracoastal views!
- On a private beach, with a private pool and spa, private fishing pier & private picnic and BBQ areas - the perfect paradise is created! (The pier has yet to be rebuilt after the devastating hurricanes)
Freshly updated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. My unit is on the top (5th) floor with views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Intracoastal Waterway. (Want a Gulf front? Check out my other property 3967660). Fully air-conditioned unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated, newly tiled the main living areas.
The unit has its own full size washer and dryer, free of charge.
There is a large parking lot in front of the building. The rental includes 2 parking spaces.
The master suite has a built-in safe.
The building has both elevators are stairs. There are restaurants, taverns, shopping and attractions all around. From amusement parks, golf courses, Lowry Park Zoo, cultural centers, sporting events, museums, casinos, aquariums, theaters, wildlife sanctuaries, etc... with miles of sandy beaches you'll never be bored, unless by choice!
