The space
We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.

Guest access
Your host has provided an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.. In addition to regular towels, the host also supplies beach towels. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies, be prepared for a food and supply trip to the multiple grocery stores nearby.

The entire unit, community pool, beach access

One parking pass will be provided. There are no designated parking spots.

Other things to note
•The property has access to open water without a gate, which could potentially be a safety hazard for children. As a result, it is important for parents or guardians to always be present and attentive when their children are playing outside, especially near the water.

• For the protection of your belongings, luggage drop off isn’t allowed. The cleaning crew cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of guests’ belongings. Thank you for understanding!

• Number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. Should that number change before arrival, the reservation will need to be updated to reflect the correct number. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS EIGH. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest maximum is exceeded.

• The primary booking party must be a minimum age of 25 years old. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest does not meet the age minimum.

• The entire house and property is designed and set up for guests on vacation that want to feel like they are at home. There are no shared spaces or amenities and is completely private.

Guest will take main enter at elevator to get up to 7th floor and then they can go to condo 701. They have access to the entire condo.
