Toes in the sand and steps to the Gulf waters from this beachfront charmer. Experience gorgeous sunsets and all the comforts of home while enjoying the beachfront lifestyle. Well equipped kitchen, flat panel Televisions, digital cable and included wi-fi keep you well connected. Private fenced sand backyard leads directly to the water through your own private gated pathway.

An easy walk to local restaurants and shopping for staple items adds to the easy lifestyle you will enjoy during your stay on beautiful Treasure Island.

You can either rent this unit (South side) by itself or rent the entire property by adding VRBO 1241538 (North side) to your rental.

Both sides share a common covered patio with plenty of tables and chairs for each side either independently or jointly. There is also a shared outdoor shower area for a quick and easy rinse when returning from your time on the beach.

Each side has it's own premium charcoal grill for added enjoyment of the unique and inviting beachfront space.

The stylish fenced backyard makes this small dog friendly property a true hidden treasure.

Perfect location, mostly quiet street, not busy and over "touristy" like other towns. Super clean upon arrival. The sunsets are beautiful and all can be seen from the fenced in backyard. Yes, fenced in so your fur babies can run and enjoy the sand too!!!

We loved being able to walk out to the beach. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. The sand dollars are plentiful and really cool to dive for. Definately will be back! Tbanks

Our stay was superb. one we'll remember, and return to. Martha our host was most accommodating, and worked with us. She was the best I've rented a vacation home from. Very convenient beach access right through the backyard gate. Updated beautiful property. Beach equipment was provided on the property which made beach days fun. Management was quick to respond to questions and were awesome to communicate with.

This was the best family vacation ever. Even in the midst of a pandemic. The house was lovely, our 2 dogs were welcome, the neighborhood felt safe, and the Gulf was in the backyard. We’ll be re-booking.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! Just a short walk to the beach, fenced in back yard if you have a dog and close to so many restaurants, local beach bars and shops. Everything you need except food and personal items. Martha was very accommodating and available even though we didn't need to call for any reason. Would definitely stay again!!

We loved this location at the far end of Treasure Island. The beach was never crowded and it was a great place for long walks. Martha was so accommodating with our two small dogs. It was refreshing to be welcomed rather than tolerated. We will be back!

We rented the entire Duplex (2 units) and we absolutely loved our stay! Very well stocked up kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathrooms! Clean! Backyard is bomb! Fenced yard right on the beach! Our puppy was in heaven:) Rent it - you will love it!
