Home Away from Home -Beach Cottages II 405 is a Silver rated one-bedroom, one-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with access from the living room and bedroom with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach, pool & hot tub with lots of deck.  
  
Vacation rental 405 offers a beautiful full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and bedroom, telephone with free local US and Canada calls and Free Wi-Fi are also provided.  
  
Sleeping accommodations include a king in the bedroom and a full size pull out in the living room. The bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. Washer/dryer, Central heat/ air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Bed linens and bath towels provided as well as beach towels.  
  
One assigned/covered parking space. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Smoke Free, No pets and Maximum occupancy 4 persons (including infants).

Great visit to Florida. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated as pictured. We found plenty of restaurants that had re-opened since the Fall hurricane and also made good use of the huge pool & patio area

Sofa is extremely difficult to get out of. Recliners were awesome! Kitchen was well stocked. We bought a small frying pan since the ones available had been scraped badly. Beach was beautiful, just wish the unit came with some beach chairs. Overall, a great place. Management should provide a map on how to get to pool and beach.

#### Nice enough but not wowed.

The location was great, away from the overcrowded Clearwater area. We probably won't return here for several reasons but not because of the condo itself. The main problem was needing a key to move about the property. We couldn't get to the beach and back to the condo without our key. We had four people and were only given two keys. Frustrating. We couldn't sit on the pool deck past 9 pm without being watched by the manager and being told to keep our voices down. The configuration of the buildings makes any noise at the pool or on our balcony echo throughout the property. The manager lurked while we used the grills. Our condo was very large but dated. The stovetop did not work. Appliances should be updated if you want repeat customers. This place is ok for couples but not groups or families with small kids.

The overall place and stay was wonderful but the kitchen didn't have any paper towels, trash bags, soap (dish or dishwasher), dish towels, or a dish cloth. I understand I'm responsible for providing additional disposable products as needed but there weren't even any small amounts to even start with and I had to buy a dish towel and dish cloth.

The only thing lacking was beach chairs, but you could rent for $175 for the week right out front of the condo. We left a cooler and a beach chair to sit down by the water in. The bed was a little uncomfortable, so we purchased a foam topper for one side of the bed to help with how firm the mattress was and left it there as well. Would definitely stay here again, loved how quiet the area was.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was beautiful and spacious. Bed was comfortable but couch was very uncomfortable as it sunk in the middle. The bed in the couch uncomfortable as well. Condo was not well stocked so bring paper towel, dish soap, laundry soap, foil, saran wrap, baggies etc. We bought all this stuff and left most of it there. Pool was lovely and warm. Very quiet area.

Beautiful condo that was supplied with everything we needed. Great ocean view from the balcony. Easy walks to restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoyed a relaxing time. Would highly recommend this condo.

Air vents need to be cleaned as debris were falling from them, couch is lumpy and is hard to get up, tv speakers are not working properly.

#### Very nice, updated and spacious 1 BR condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The building and surrounding buildings were very quiet, which was wonderful! The condo was very nice and clean and the amenities were as described (linens, appliances, utensils, etc.) were as well. We'd give the bed 0 stars :(. We didn't think it was comfortable at all, but we prefer a softer mattresses (vs one that is very firm). The pillows were nice, though! This part of the shoreline doesn't have very many restaurants within walking distance, but the Suncoast Trolley has a stop right outside the building, so that was convenient.
