The hot tub heater can be added for $30 per day. This covers our heating costs and allows us to keep the nightly rate lower for guests who do not utilize this amenity. We can schedule the hot tub heating automation in advance for any time period between 10am-1am, for up to 6 hours maximum (to keep the pool chemicals in balance).

The nightly rate covers up to 6 guests, with an additional $30/night for each extra guest, up to a maximum of 16 guests. Visitors not staying overnight require prior host approval and are charged at $15/person/day, with a total property occupancy cap at 20.

Quiet hours from 10pm-8am are strictly enforced out of respect to our neighbors so please do not book this property if you intend on throwing an unauthorized party.
