Also one of the nicest beaches I have visited. The house is tucked away in a very nice residential area and If you have a boat this place is definitely a must. The house has a great dock area to keep your boat in the water that is right off of the ICW but in a protected area from any wake. We had an amazing stay at this property. We were with another couple and all of us thought that this was an ideal vacation rental. The outdoor space is the best - a beautiful deck and dock overlooking a wide bay. We loved seeing dolphins in the morning, and watching all of the bird life. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The layout is perfect for two couples (would easily accommodate more people as well since there are three bedrooms). The place was very clean and had everything to make you feel at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make meals and we particularly liked the coffee pot/Keuig combo unit. Sophia was a fantastic host and quick to respond to our every question or need. Example; first day of check-in the can opener wasn’t working and Sophia had new one over in minutes! When she stopped over she offered a fishing pole so I could try fishing off the dock! The beds were real comfortable and we enjoyed our mornings having coffee on the very comfortable patio furniture as well as cocktails watching the sunset.
