Amazing Home on the Intracoastal Waterway!

  • Newly remodeled and professionally decorated. Directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms single family home with spacious living and kitchen areas. The primary bedroom has ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. The second bathroom tub/shower. Sleeps 6 easily with a King bed in each the primary and 2nd bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Entire house is yours to enjoy with all linens and kitchen ware provided. Easy parking right in front of house for 2 vehicles. Handy laundry room with Free Washer and Dryer for your convenience. Less than 1/2 mile (0.3mi) straight down the road from the sugary sands of Indian Rocks Beach at the city park access where there are bathrooms, showers and rentable cabanas. There is not a dock on this property.

This house was a great place to stay! Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and grocery store. I was not a fan of the check in process. You had to go to another place a mile away to get a code to let you in. Not sure at all why they wouldn’t communicate this code through the app and then have a pamphlet in the house if they needed to communicate info. Just like every other rental. Great stay, the property management team under VRBO, could get up to date with the time. Great House!
