Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms accommodate up to nine guests. Bedroom 1, the Beach Queens theme, offers two Queen beds. Bedroom 2, named Sky, provides a King bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, features a bunk bed twin over full. Bedroom 4, Color circle, includes another King bed. Two full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water for the group.



Indoor living

The spacious living area centers around a comfortable TV and a dedicated workspace, with air‑conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keeping the climate just right. Adjacent, the game room buzzes with a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcade machines, all overlooking the backyard.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare meals, while the indoor‑outdoor dining space lets you enjoy them al fresco or under the roof, depending on your mood.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool framed by a fenced backyard, a fire pit, and a putting green for casual competition. An outdoor bar with a minifridge, patio furniture, and a balcony complete the setting, perfect for relaxing after a day at Clearwater Beach. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking add convenience.



Essentials & conveniences

A washer and dryer, Wi‑Fi, smart lock self‑check‑in, and ample linens, pillows, and blankets are provided. Families will appreciate the pack‑n‑play/travel crib and high chair. The home is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions for the duration of your stay.

Nestled in a peaceful residential area, the villa is a short drive from Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and downtown Clearwater. Local restaurants, outdoor spaces, and the iconic beaches are all within easy reach.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
