The master suite has a king-size bed and features a large master bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and double sink vanity. The master bedroom has access to the spacious balcony that overlooks beautiful Clearwater Bay. Each guest bedroom has two Queen beds allowing 10 guests total to sleep comfortably in this condo. The second bathroom is also a full bath and has a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining room has a large eight-top dining table and the living room has comfy seating, a ceiling fan, TV, and faces the Bay with access to the spacious balcony. Unit amenities also include a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a heated pool and spa, and reserved covered parking. Clearwater Beach is across the street. Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking with a fridge that has an in-the-door water/ice, a stove/oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a tea kettle, and a drip coffee maker. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available. Dining Area: Has a large table that seats 8 guests and 3 seats at the breakfast bar. Living Room: Comfy seating, a TV, ceiling fan, and large slider doors leading to the expansive balcony that overlooks Clearwater Bay. The balcony has two sitting areas and a four-top bar table for dining. Bedroom #1: The master has a King-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, a dresser, and balcony access with beautiful bay views and sitting areas. Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The master bath is large with a garden tub, separate shower area, and double vanity sinks. Bedroom #2: Has 2 Queen beds, a dresser. a TV, and a ceiling fan. Bathroom #2: A full bath with shower and tub combo. Bedroom #3: Has 2 Queen beds, a dresser, a TV, and a ceiling fan. The laundry room is located in the hallway. \-- Important Information House Rules: 1\. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2\. No parties or events. 3\. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4\. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance. Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit. Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied. Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided. Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved parking spot. The Clearwater Jolley Trolley is also a great option to get around the beach town. The location was easy to get to, and plenty to do within walking distance. Or take the trolly down to John's Pass, since it rained one day. The pool and hot tub were nice, even in the rain, as they were warm.If you stay longer than 3 days, bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods, as they provide 3\. I knew this ahead of time and was prepared. We had requested an early check in, and were willing to pay the 100 extra, as we had toddlers that flew in early, but they were unable to accompany our request, even though I had asked 3 weeks early. They told me to check with them the day before check in, which I sent an email to them, but they didn't even respond. Just a note to all, don't plan on an early check in.Plenty of space for the little ones to run around. Over the years we have stayed at Harborview Grande in many units. They were all well maintained and clean. When we first arrived all of us thought it was a nice condo. It did not take long to realize that it was not very clean. The one bathroom did not look like it was cleaned at all. There was black mold all in the toilet and around the sink. The front bedroom that looks out to the walkway and front door has see through blinds. You felt awkward sleeping there because anyone could look in. the street lights and the walkway lights kept the room from getting dark. The beds were very uncomfortable as was the furniture. Again, we love the building. The location is convenient. The building is secure. I can look past a lot however dirty and uncomfortable is hard to get past when you pay so much for your vacation. I will stay at the Harborview Grande again just not this unit. ##### Pam F. Condo is an end unit, which is nice bc it gets a lot of natural light and is spacious. Master bedroom is as pictured and is lovely, although the room smelled a little musty (management sent damp rid over and it helped). The tv memory is v low so none of our streaming services would play. The living area is spacious and comfortable. TV worked well. The balcony view is beautiful! The furniture on the balcony is old & worn and cushions torn, but management replaced cushions. The balcony is facing north, so doesn’t get any sun throughout the day. I suppose this would be nice on a hot day, but our nights and mornings were chilly, so unable to enjoy the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms in the front of the condo that face a busy street. We heard loud cars and motorcycles from both rooms. One room has 2 queen beds; the other bedroom I believe the beds need to be remeasured. They seem like full sized beds. This bedroom also has very sheer blinds and the orange lights from the outdoor walkways illuminated into the room. The condo is within walkable distance to coffee, restaurants, bars & beach and on the trolley stop. Can easily stay in the condo/area without a car. ##### Kerry C. Drank morning coffee on the deck with the great view of the bay. Even saw dolphins from the deck! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella we could borrow for the beach. We had a couple maintenance issues and they responded immediately. Had someone over within a couple hours and corrected everything. It is comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would return! Only complaint I have is they don’t list everything they offer/have at the unit under amenities! Beach towels, beach wagon, chairs, portacrib, cooler.., we rented some things online beforehand not knowing but they have it there for guests. ##### Angela L. We could easily walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was close to the aquarium and easy to get to. It had plenty of room for our group and the view was nice.
