This beautifully updated 5th-floor, west-facing 2BR/2BA suite sleeps up to 6 and offers stunning sunset views from your private balcony. Conveniently located directly across from the elevator, this 870 sq. ft. condo features a brand-new Black Beautyrest King mattress in the master, a new Queen pillow-top in the guest room, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area, along with new premium bedding, towels, flooring, rugs, glassware, and more. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven/range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Ninja blender, and in-unit washer/dryer. The dining area seats six, and the suite includes free high-speed WiFi, large-screen TVs, Blu-ray player, streaming access, USB outlets, ceiling fans, and a closet stocked with beach gear for your use. Resort amenities include a geothermal-heated main pool, adult pool, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, tropical courtyard, tiki bar, onsite café, office workstation, and ping pong—all directly on beautiful Treasure Island Beach, consistently ranked among the best beaches in the world. John’s Pass Village is just one mile away, and area attractions such as Busch Gardens are within an hour’s drive, and Clearwater Beach is around a 15-20 minute drive. One covered parking space is included; additional parking is not guaranteed. To help you settle in, we provide starter essentials including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, trash bags, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, and dish towels. Each guest receives one set of bath towels and one beach towel based on occupancy. Supplies are not replenished, and we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or foil. One guest must be at least 25 years old. Only documented service animals are permitted per ADA and Florida law. If someone other than the booking guest is paying, the payer must be added to the reservation and is the only person authorized to e-sign the rental agreement. Check-in is after 4PM; early check-in may be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee if available. Mail delivery is not permitted. Please move your vehicle from the assigned space on departure day for cleaning access. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no-refund policy within 60 days of check-in, including cancellations due to weather, hurricanes (June 1–Nov. 30), red tide, health issues, or travel disruptions. Approved date changes, if allowed, incur a $50 fee plus any rate difference. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals—only documented service animals. Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds due to health conditions, weather conditions, water conditions (including cold water or red tide), or transportation/road conditions (including flight cancellations). A change to your booking dates may not be possible; however, if a date change is approved by the owner, a $50 fee per date change will apply. If the new dates are at a lower rate, the difference will not be refunded; if higher, the difference will be charged. Again, due to the no-refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended—especially if your stay falls during Florida’s hurricane season (June 1 through November 30). Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. We cannot guarantee pool temperatures during colder months and do not offer refunds or discounts due to cold water temperatures. Please understand the potential aftermath of a hurricane. There may be temporary closures—possibly lasting weeks—of restaurants, shops, roads, beaches, amenities, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. The no-refund policy will remain in effect under these circumstances. This is why we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Some policies offered during booking may include a “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) option. Please carefully review the policy details and exclusions. If coverage is not offered during booking, you may purchase insurance through a third-party provider. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will not be available in these situations. Early check-in: Because we have a high number of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting early check-in. Standard check-in begins at 4 PM Eastern. If the unit becomes available early, we will notify you on the morning of arrival. A $50 early check-in fee will apply. We were looking for a comfortable, convenient, close to the beach getaway. The location is perfect. The beach was close & not public so it was not overcrowded at all. Clean and beautiful! Great view and location. It had coffee and shower essentials which was great as we were only there 1 full day. Sunset Vista 507N did not disappoint. It was exactly as described, very clean, convenient parking, and easy beach access. Check in was simple and all via email. The beach closet with cooler, chairs, and towels was a huge plus for us since we flew in and couldn’t bring all of our beach items. The place was clean with a great view. The beach chairs and umbrella were appreciated! The beds were comfortable and for being really picky with pillows, they were pretty good! The boys loved the French toast in the cafe! My mom and I got in a couple of workouts in the gym. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would visit again! ##### Keri S. The 2nd bedroom is very small but both bedrooms had comfortable beds and sleeper sofa was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked very well. The north elevators were down when we arrived but were repaired by the next day. We also had issues with roaches and a slow drain in the kitchen sink but property manager was quick to respond and sent pest control the same day and plumber the we day .Overall a nice place to stay. ##### Karen A. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Location near the elevator was great. The noise from other quests did not disrupt our stay at all. The little things like beach chairs and toys. Start up Kcups and household products. We also had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was extremely helpful. We thought the location and unit were fabulous! Easy walking distance to John's Pass Village where we went parasailing and ate at restaurants. The beaches weren't crowded and sand was wonderful. Our unit was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we need to cook meals. Views from the balcony were lovely too. The property mgmt company was very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to return next year! ##### Wendy W. The closet with beach items was a nice extra. We did opt to pay $20 for the larger commercial umbrella at the beach that they drilled for you. We enjoyed the pool, cafe, beach bar and sitting on the balcony watching the evening storm. We would book again in the future. ##### Micki F. Sunset Vistas is a very nice property; the kiddie pool is a nice touch that few other properties in the area provide. The unit itself is clean with all the essentials including everything needed for the beach. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works well. The view from the balcony is perfect but one of the sliding doors in the living room needs repair because it doesn't lock which isn't great when you have a toddler. Will definitely be booking this unit again. It is extremely clean, has a closet of sand toys, chairs, cooler, etc. stuff you don’t want to bring on a plane but need down there. All of the linens, towels, etc. were good quality. The beds were comfortable. The parking spot and unit is right by the elevator. Awesome view and easy walk to beach, pool, and other fun places. We had some cold weather and both were heated to offset the cold. My husband thought gym was good to work out in every morning.
