We loved the location—right on a private beach, which was quiet and beautiful. The unit was clean and had what we needed for a beach stay. However, the building itself is older and currently under construction due to past hurricane damage, which did affect the overall experience. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the shared patio meant limited privacy. If you’re looking for convenience and beach access and don’t mind a more basic, weathered property, this could work. ##### Natalie R. Everything was as presented, and we werevery well pleased. Once we got there, we only left the condo and beach for a couple of necessities. Other than that we stayed there. It's right on the water, and the beach is amazing. The house is sparkly clean and has everything. The bed is very comfy. Dino, the property manager, is great. Clean and nice place, felt safe. Wish the balcony was private but otherwise so nice!! We weren’t sent any check in instructions until I asked for them after 4pm on day of check in, which is why I marked that one lower. This should come before check in. The owner is amazing and very sweet. Kept great communication. The place looked exactly like the photos, it was a cloudy weekend but I felt like I was living my hallmark movie fantasy! 10/10 recommend. Very clean, spacious, accommodating, full kitchen utensils and extra beach blankets just in case. We will be back! 2023 Vacation! ##### Emily C. We are beach lovers so the proximity to the ocean/gulf was perfect. We always had that forever changing view, no matter what the weather. Days of sun meant we were a short walk down the stairs onto the beautiful white sugar sand - perfect. Our contact Brian was very responsive and helpful, the unit was clean and just right. The accessibility of quality beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. for guests was a great benefit that we don't usually find at beach propertys. We highly recommend this condo for anyone who loves the beach. View was beautiful. Property was very clean. Steps were a little steep and only access to our room but we managed just fine. Our only real complaints were no blankets for the sofa bed and the lack of beach chairs.. There were several chairs for everyones use but they are mostly rusted and broken which I totally understand that alot of places have none for people to use but that was one thing we were looking for when booking due to the fact that we fly in and can't bring our own. We did very much enjoy our long weekend here though ##### Anita B. The place had all that we needed and the weather was fabulous. They were very quick to respond to our messages. We asked for an air mattress beforehand and the one they had had a hole in it but they offered to reimburse us if we bought one, which we did. This allowed our 4-year-old to stay in the bedroom with us. The view from the living room was breathtaking. We loved looking out at the ocean every morning while we ate our breakfast. There was quite a bit of foot traffic on the shared balcony due to the 1st floor condos being out of commission from the hurricane so everyone was staying on the 2nd floor, but that wasn’t a big bother to us. We had an issue with the fire TV and they quickly sent someone to fix it. The only bummer was that we couldn’t get a checkout past 11am. We had an evening flight so had to figure out what to do with our day without having a home base. Overall, a great time. Lots of great memories! ##### Lauren H.
