"This was our second stay at this hotel. Room was very small, but comfortable and clean. Had issues with air conditioning which required us to open window, making room noisy. When window closed was quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a small buffet. Last time they had a breakfast menu and choices were lovely. We missed having that, but it was okay. Great location for exploring Ermoupoli."

"Hospitality at its finest! From the moment we arrived, our stay was wonderful. We got off the ferry and made our way to the square, where Kostas, the owner of the hotel, met us personally. He was incredibly sweet and walked us up to the hotel, a gorgeous 1800s mansion that has been beautifully transformed into a romantic blend of modern comfort and classic charm. Along the way, Kostas shared some of the history of Syros and, once we arrived, sat down with us and marked all of his favorite spots on a map. We tried several of his recommendations, and not one disappointed! He is a true class act and was incredibly responsive to anything we needed throughout our stay. Our room on the lower level was beautiful—modern, updated, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The open-concept shower was incredible, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Syros. They also offer cooking classes in their adorable kitchen, which we would love to try next time. An absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!"
