"This apartment was great really clean , it is right next to the sea and the view was breathtaking, felt like we were in Europe, everything was convenient, town centre was near by too, apartment was fully equipped, a rolling pin was a bonus!, towel, bed linen all included, I would recommend this apartment to everyone and families with children."

"Arrived here after a 6 hour drive and found the property easily. The house was clean and felt like home. The kitchen was well equip for all of us. There was 8 of us and was perfect. The best part of it was the location and only 5 mins walk to the beach ⛱️ and a further 15 mins walk to the town. Definitely would recommend this property 👌"

"We had a wonderful time at the Bull Pen. If you’re looking for a quiet, well equipped secluded base from which to explore the nearby towns and villages, this was hard to beat. The nearest shops are a 5 minute car journey away and there are plenty of pubs in the area if you want a bite out. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Being on a working farm, there are obviously going to be farm noises but these were not obtrusive. "My family and I had an amazing vacation at this incredible well appointed Lodge. So conveniently located for all the main attractions and only a stones throw from the beaches on both sides of Cornwall. The creeks are amazing, and the setting of the Lodge is so tucked away and private with every mod con that you need. We loved it here and enjoyyed heading off for walk from the Estate. As a family we couldnot recommend highly enough! Thanks to all of the Lodge team for an experience to remember!"
