"My spouse and I were greeted with such kindness. All questions got answered. We booked the spa king suite and the hotel was beautiful inside/out. Nic had outstanding customer service and guided us through everything that the hotel offered. Will definitely be coming back and telling others about kimpton! "
"Overall, I had a decent stay. The room was nice and the bathroom was beautiful — definitely a highlight. However, there were a few downsides. The bed was quite firm, and I woke up with some back discomfort. Also, food options for kids were pretty limited, which made dining a bit challenging for families.
The pool area had a great vibe, especially with the live DJ — I really enjoyed that touch! That said, the pool did get overcrowded at times. Adding more lounge chairs could really help with comfort and space. One surprising thing: the number of bees. I’ve never seen so many in one place before — luckily, they weren’t aggressive, but it was still a bit unsettling."

"It was an awesome stay, we never got our telephone line working but its okay we had our cellphones. Also the swimming pool was a bit small, but other than that it was an amazing experience, about a 3 min. Walk to the alamo and a 7min. Walk to the Riverwalk. If you ask for roomservice from the moment you check in, it will be done! Valet parking was awesome too, a bit pricey but worth it. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days, we are a family of 3. If you dont mind walking, it is a beautiful experience! Would recommend it to others! Loved it all!"
