Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
Everything seemed more like a cheap motel. Room service came in a cardboard box. No one knew how to cast to the TV. All Apps and no service. No cash excepted. The valet did call a cab for us that was helpful everything else seemed sub-par.

Overall bad experience. Arrived for weekend stay on Friday at 330pm. Got in room and turned AC down low to get room cold. Put some perishables away in fridge for later.
