Urban Pad in Saint Louis

Urban Pad has that urban vibe. St. Louis is known for its great jazz music, numerous breweries and ecclectic foodie scene. The Urban Pad is a large studio with a living area, bedroom area, bath and kitchen.

We try to equip our furnished rentals with everything you will need for a home away from home experience. One of our most loved features are our Zinus Green Tea Mattresses. So comfy!

Our goal is to supply you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This unit has a small, but efficient kitchen with everything you will need to cook meals during your stay.

Best of all, the space is super close to everything that makes St. Louis fun. This is a multi family building, no loud music or noise past 10:00 PM.

You will have access to the entire apartment; living area, dining area, kitchen, bath and bedroom.

We have a seasoned property manager and house cleaner available should something need to be addressed during your stay. We are nearby if necessary.

We love St. Louis! It is the foodie capital of the mid west. There are also so many attractions to see. The Urban Pad is located in Gravois Park and super close to the famed, hip Cherokee Street along with Benton Park, South Grand, the Missouri Botanical Garden, Forest Park, Central West End, Soulard and Downtown.

St. Louis is an urban area so please exercise caution by removing valuables from your car and locking it when ever you exit. Also exercise caution in the city.

If you have a fair amount of driving to do, rent a car. If not, you can take the bus or Uber around as nearly everything is a 10 minute or less drive.

Heating in the building is centrally controlledThere is a washer and dryer in the basement. If you would like to visit a Laundromat in the area, we recommend Bubbles at 3415 S. Grand Blvd.

The unit was super cute and homey. The street noise wasn't too bad (i work nights and sleep during the day). I recommend this unit for sure. I would stay again during my assignment but when I need it next, it is already booked.

Good place for working remotely
The place was slightly nicer than what I expected. Nice letter couches in the living room. King size bed. I easily use the desk to work remotely. Property manager didn't respond to my emails or messages sent through vrbo. She picked up right away when I called though. A little bit tricky trying to find the light switch for the kitchen. It's behind the refrigerator. People in the area are nice and easy to talk to. Grocery store and plenty of places to eat nearby.

I really enjoyed staying at the Urban Pad! It was clean and neat and steps away from a local park. Earplugs were provided for guests but I didn't have any trouble with the noise. I love that I was able to do my laundry during my trip. We had some car problems and our lovely hosts extended our stay for us with virtually no notice. If I'm ever in St Luois again, I'll definitely stay at the Urban Pad!
