Situated in a quiet community of multi-family homes, this townhome is ideal for both short visits and extended stays. House Rules & Additional Fees Pet Policy We are dog-friendly only. A non-refundable $100 pet fee will be manually added to your reservation after booking. Bringing an unauthorized pet or any animal other than a dog will result in a $200 fine. Smoking Policy This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $250 fine. Long-Term Stays For reservations longer than 21 days, an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually applied after booking. Late Check-Out Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.
