The location was central, the property was as described, and everyone with whom we had contact was friendly and helpful. Beautiful historic 4-plex in the South Hampton neighborhood. The house is two blocks away from the Macklind Avenue commercial strip. I recommend stopping in to Russel’s for brunch, Stan’s for a late night drink, and Clementines for world class ice cream. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and filled with charm. The apartment is a ground floor apartment, with access to a backyard. Amenities in the house were serviceable - keurig, dishes, fridge, tvs. My only note for improvement is the bathroom products. It seemed to me the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser were all the same product. Next time I’ll bring my own, but will definitely rent again. Thanks! ##### Jacob G.
