The area is packed with dining, shopping, a comedy club, a movie theater, and more — all just across the street.

    Property Highlights:
    Main Floor: Features a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, and in-unit laundry. Enjoy your morning coffee from the dedicated coffee bar with a Keurig. Walk out to the backyard to relax or enjoy outdoor activities.

    Second Floor:

    Primary Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed, twin pullout chair, two closets, and a television.

    Guest Access and Support:
    You will have the entire home to yourself. While I live nearby, I won’t interact in person unless needed. I or a member of my team is available 24/7 to assist you during your stay.

    Pet Policy

    Dogs only. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per reservation will be manually added after booking.

    Guests who bring unauthorized pets or animals other than dogs will be fined $200.

    Smoking Policy

    Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 fine.

    Long-Term Stays

    For stays longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking.

    Late Check-Out

    Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 fee.

Clean and Close Everything!

We really enjoyed our time in this rental! It was clean and had everything we needed. Jeffery, the property manager, responded quickly to our questions. Check in and check out was easy. We loved being within walking distance of so many wonderful shops, restaurants, and activities, as well as close to Historic St. Charles Downtown. Thanks!

It was a cozy spot in a 4 plex where the living room meet us after walking down the stairs from the entry door then there was a small kitchen and a laundry facility with a 1/2 bath very comfortable . Then upstairs there was a full bathroom with 2 bedrooms one large and the other smaller but much cooler than the bigger one . Loved the place really felt nice being there .

3-star Average/There are some issues that need to be corrected.

This property is in a no exit street. The apartment is spacious with a well resourced kitchen, although we didn't use this much. The beds are comfortable but the decor needs attention, some unfinished repairs, scuff marks and paint chipped. The walls are thin between apartments. The neighbours had parties all weekend with disturbing behaviour - yelling, screaming and banging the walls. I wouldn't stay here again.
