The area is packed with dining, shopping, a comedy club, a movie theater, and more — all just across the street. Property Highlights: Main Floor: Features a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, and in-unit laundry. Enjoy your morning coffee from the dedicated coffee bar with a Keurig. Walk out to the backyard to relax or enjoy outdoor activities. Second Floor: Primary Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed, twin pullout chair, two closets, and a television. Second Bedroom: Offers a king-size bed, one closet, and a television. This centrally located home is perfect for guests who want easy access to both downtown St. Louis and the surrounding suburbs. Whether you're in town for work or leisure, you'll find everything you need here. Guest Access and Support: You will have the entire home to yourself. While I live nearby, I won’t interact in person unless needed. I or a member of my team is available 24/7 to assist you during your stay. Policies and Additional Fees Pet Policy Dogs only. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per reservation will be manually added after booking. Guests who bring unauthorized pets or animals other than dogs will be fined $200. Smoking Policy Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 fine. Long-Term Stays For stays longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking. Late Check-Out Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 fee.
