We texted the number for help but got no response. We also called as well. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving was impossible to sleep because of the bar scene and loud vehicles. The gym down below the unit wakes you up with weights being dropped on the floor. The heat never got the apartment warm. I suggest changing the downstairs mattress as well. Although it is a very nice location I would not stay again.
