Very clean, loved the layout of the hotel. Great staff, front desk was amazing. Room was nice. The fridge is basically worthless, taking 8 to 12 ours to cool
The hotel was amazing! Nice garden area and it’s an Eletric fireplace. And a game room. And a nice pool and gym. Not to mention the young ladies at the front desk made our stay amazing! By far the cleanest hotel I have ever been to!We will definitely be back!
Beautiful hotel and spectacular outdoor area. Just wish the staff was friendly. With my few interactions, I was either made to feel as I was a big inconvenience or bothering them, or questions were answered as if I should already know the answer. However, I know everyone can have a bad day, although I feel like I meant all of their staff on their bad day. I would stay there again.
Very clean and super nice rooms. Loved it was pet friendly for our Goldendoodle to travel with us. Loved everything about our stay except convenience to restaurants and bars. They will shuttle you to anything within 2 miles but nothing is that close. Could maybe stretch the 2 miles to 5 and then it would help. All in all, pretty nice hotel. Employees could be more informed on close places to eat and entertainment.
The hotel was newer and very comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and though it is right across the street from the medical center, ambulance noise was minimal and I had fun at the pool table.
The only confusing thing was the parking situation. There is a self park option and a valet option that is the same price but the valet is a third third party operation, not operated by the hotel. The charging is also operated by a third party and both charging spots were monopolized by the same two cars parked there overnight so I was not able to use them.
Good location for where we needed to be. Clean, nice pool( indoor) gym, outdoor patio area with nice chairs. We did not have time to use any of these but did check them out. The bed was the most comfortable ever! I tried to find out the brand but couldn’t find a tag. It was nice to have a table and bench seating. The room was very nice, very pop modern. Coffee water and a bowl of apples and oranges. The only downfall was parking. Only a couple of 10 minute spots to check in AND get your stuff out and up to your room. Parking is $15 per day and some street parking for a price but free after 7 on Saturday and all day Sunday. For the amount of time we spent ( not much) all was great… again LIVED the bed!!!!
Staff very helpful. I have stayed there about 5 times over the past year and it has been consistent. Mostly clean and this assessment is by someone who has high standards and would not have stayed again if it was not.

Stayed at this property multiple times over the years and it seems tired and warned out. Annoyed there was only one towel in room for 2 people, 2 queen bed room. Had to call down to get additional towels.
This is a nice little secluded property, very modern, very comfortable. Coffee shop across the street.
Be aware that parking is not included, you have to pay for an outside lot next door.
When you walk in it smells heavenly. The valet staff are very helpful and talkative. The front desk staff are quick and pleasant. The room was clean and organized. However the hallways on the floors are a little too dark for my taste and safety.
Room could’ve been cleaner. 30$ for parking or 38$ for valet. Was not expecting to pay for parking.

I wouldn't stay again, cleaning issues and very cheap spring in your back beds, canceled 2nd night. Positive was no bugs and breakfast was very good. Otherwise not worth the cost.

Hotel doesn't have breakfast like Marriott Element few feet away , open bathroom concept isn’t acceptable lack of privacy, parking lot is attached to the property but is not connected, you need to go around the block. Not a good value for the price.
Breakfast was great with a good amount of options. There were nice activities for guests but could use a little maintenance or upgrading on the game room area. The fitness center was good
it was a great hotel, very trendy and modern and urban. I really liked it a lot. Most of the front desk. Staff was awesome. However, I was confused about how to use the breakfast voucher. I did message the team and I never got a response so I missed the first day of breakfast that I paid for, but other than that, the day was great. The TV was amazing. The mattress was comfortable. It was all around a pretty cool day would recommend.
