Il rempli sont rôle attendu, qui était d'avoir un endroit ou dormir. A noter qu'un des lits est un peu bancal, et ne dispose pas de prise a proximité. Au cours de notre séjour d'une semaine, nous avons passé plusieurs jours sans eau chaude, avant que quelqu'un ne puisse passer pour faire une réparation, qui nous a permis d'avoir au mieux de l'eau tiède. Il y a également eu une fuite d'eau venant du plafond dans le salon, qui elle a été réparée le lendemain. En dehors de ça l'équipement est rudimentaire et vieillissant (notamment le petit électroménager de la cuisine) mais faisait l'affaire pour les besoins de notre séjour. Bon point pour la table et le fer à repasser, ainsi que le sèche cheveux a disposition. L'accès au logement est bien sécurisé ce qui est un plus, l'accueil de Cara a l'arrivée a été chaleureux. La femme de ménage est passée 2 fois pendant notre séjour.
