"The hotel is in an excellent area near the 2 castles. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only reason a few 4 star comments is our door to the patio off our room was broken and would fall inward, when we closed it and locked it, it would stay closed just wasn't able to walk outside. The food was good at the restaurants just wish they would have been open past 8:30pm. Also wish the pool area would be open past 8:00 pm. Other than that the hotel was great."

Dinner was great there too (hotel restaurant). View out the window was of Neuschwanstein Castle which kind of made the stay really. In fact the tourist area around the castles was walking distance if you're capable of walking (about 20 min from the hotel). The whole area there is very beautiful and peaceful. Recommend talking the time to go to Fussen as well."
