Excellent hotel for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is right next to Vic markets and a tram stop, is walking distance from the museum and eateries on Lygon Street.

Apartment was not cleaned at all. Carpets were dirty (not vacuumed. Toilet was not cleaned at all. I had to scrub the toilet bowl and wipe benches. kitchen was quite dirty too.

My family and I stayed overnight at this property. Organisation management of our room could’ve been better as there was a bit of a mishap. As we stayed during the easter period there wasn’t information stating their opening hours had changed; nothing on the website or front reception door. Overall it was a place that filled our needs for the evening but small details could’ve been informed and better communication also.
