Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
After I booked the apartment, a few days before, the property announced me that I have to pay a deposit. The deposit is not mentioned anywhere in hotels.com on the initial booking. They tell you this couple of days berore. Andthey have all sorts of terms that can keep your deposit without any notice.
