Very near the airport; quiet neighbourhood. We stayed for 5 nights. Very comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with. Bright spacious basement apartment with modern furnishing in living room. Washer and dryer are a bonus. Clean. Would recommend and I would stay again.

This is our second stay and we absolutely love it and will definitely stay again during our next trip to St. John’s! We have no ‘major’ complaints at all, the only thing we would have changed was the heavy scented plug ins when walking into the porch but we were able to unplug it and put it in the closet and it wasn’t a big deal, and it’s something we could have messaged the host about prior to our stay so it’s more our fault. Overall 5 stars and we will stay again!
