Beautiful room, fantastic view. So peaceful and quiet and very comfortable. Luxury! However the staff member on the reception was so disinterested, they definately need retraining in customer relations.

Great hotel, central location and wonderful staff.

Very unique place, it blends in with the Canadian tradition

Perfect location for an airport hotel. Walkable to 'The Rock Restaurant'. Rooms and lobby's were clean and spacious. Staff very helpful too.

Lovely quiet place, close to town and easy access to everywhere…great staff

Great hotel. Hampton is a consistent brand.

Crossroads is a good affordable option if you are visiting the St. John's area. With easy access to main roads, it is easy to see why it is popular. Although there isn't a restaurant on site, there are a number of options a short drive away. My favourite feature of the rooms on floor 2 is the little balcony.

The staff were brilliant.

Good Stay

The stay at the hotel was a pleasurable experience. The food was amazing

Good hotel. Bit outside of downtown St John’s but easy to get to. Check in / out was really easy with no issues. Room was fine, squeaky door on the bathroom that was sorted within minutes. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean. Overall good value for our short stay in St John’s.
