About this property
Seren House in the centre of beautiful St Ives with parking for two cars.
- Seren House is in a brilliant location and provides a light, comfortable and high quality retreat at any time of the year. It's just a short 5-10 stroll to all the beaches in St. Ives, so ideally placed for surf as well as walks, restaurants, pubs and shops - but still far enough from it all to enjoy a quiet getaway.
Seren House is well equipped and spacious, making it the perfect base for extended families holidaying together, couples and keen surfers, with lots of storage for boards and wetsuits and an easily accessed downstairs shower room.
Set over three floors it boasts five attractive bedrooms, three bathrooms and an en-suite WC for the attic room as well as sea views from the upper floors.
At the rear of the house is a large, steep, terraced garden with fantastic sea views.
We have off-road parking for one medium and one large vehicle. Additional on street parking may be available by purchasing daily residents permits but please request well in advance. There are also several nearby car parks.
