Hotel was good but let down by: 1) on the booking, I requested a twin room. The confirmation was non-specific, so I messaged through expedia to advise we needed a twin room. On no reply, I messaged front desk who did not answer my question. When pushed they said they had noted it. On arrival, we were given a double room. 2) we were not advised in advance of extensive building work ongoing. Bar food and room service were good and well priced. Staff were polite and helpful. Good location and excellent view.

The hotel is in an excellent location and is ideal as a base for sightseeing for the rest of the island and the surrounding islands.The gym and swimming pool were both first class facilities which my family took full advantage of as well as the free aqua aerobics lessons that went with the package. The breakfast was very filling with plenty of choice and the staff serving were very friendly.Our sea view bedroom was terrific and very spacious.The hotel would have got top marks but for its extensive building works which were pretty noisy when we were close to them.The hotel did warn us about them prior to our arrival and to be fair the building works did not affect us as we did not hear them in our bedroom.

Loved proximity to beach. Unfortunate that construction impeded the view from the dining room and there was no terrace to sit on. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff very helpful. Only criticism was the breakfast buffet being the same every day and not very warm. overall a decent hotel and would go back there.
