"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The beach was just steps away and not crowded at all. The mornings and evenings were perfect for sitting outside, listening to the waves and looking at the stars."

"Nice place, excellent location that’s only minutes from the beach. Sunsets across the street over the bay each night. The upper deck was a great place to stargaze and allowed me to get some Astro photography in! Pool was great, some floats and toys already there.Family friendly absolutely yes but guests will need gates for small children due to stairs inside and out. Heads up, bring your own trash bags, cleaners, some extra towels and TP. Washer and dryer was great to have!Would definitely recommend to others and would like to return!"

"House was very clean. Bedrooms had extra blanket and pillows. Kitchen was very accommodating and provided many dishes and utensils for cooking and baking for our family of 7. Plenty of dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods provided. Loved the back porches for our young adult children and their plus ones to hang out. Pier and beach were close for ocean visits and running and walks. We rented 3 bikes which was perfect for our tween to be with any of us in a small group if he wanted to explore further. And he had his independence to patron Aunt Ebby’s everyday! Perfect amount of history and charm with this island. Be sure to visit the lighthouse/museum and the beautiful historic southern bay town of Apalachicola! This vacation was unforgettable for sure!"

"This house was amazing. It was more spacious than we imagined. The pictures didn't do it justice. We were there for a family reunion and everyone who saw our place was jealous. The beds were comfy as well as all the patio furniture. Many naps were had. The view of the bay was great. The sunsets we got to witness from the balcony were gorgeous. The host was very accommodating to our stay time and responded quickly when we messaged. Highly recommend!"

"Great plaza near town center that was very well stocked and comfortable. Nice size bedrooms, full size bath and living area. The host was very helpful with an early check-in (since we arrived earlier than expected). Beautiful porch to sit and watch the gulf."

"This was one of our favorite family vacations. We had an amazing week. The host was wonderful to work with. The home is well stocked with all the things we needed. The layout of the house worked out perfectly....plenty of room for our large group to gather together. We loved all the seating around the table so we could eat together (with an amazing view)! When the teens and younger kids wanted to do their own thing the 2 family rooms offered some separation so they had their hangout area and the adults had one too. Right on the beach with great view of 4th of July fireworks. Jet ski rental and some good food just a short walk down the beach. The teens loved how close the basketball courts were to the house and were shooting ball every evening. A bonfire on the beach...awesome! Oh, and the stars... you can see ALL the stars! Beautiful! Spent a lot of time in the pool too! Can't say enough good things. My dad is ready to plan our return trip. Thanks again!"
