Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was fantastic! Great views, on the #1 tee box. House had everything we needed for a 2 weeks stay. Furnishings were excellent! Plenty of room for 7 adults. The neighborhood is great for walking. Excellent location for golf and hiking in Zion (short drive) as well as Snow Canyon State Park just outside the Neighborhood. Dan was outstanding to work with throughout the entire process. We can’t wait to come back next year!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear the owners had thought of everything to make the experience feel truly five-star. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well equipped, with so many thoughtful amenities and extra perks that went well beyond what we expected.It’s those little details that really make a difference when you’re away from home, and they were everywhere. We never found ourselves wishing they had thought of something because, somehow, they already had! Everything was set up to make our stay easy, relaxing, and enjoyable.We had such a great experience at 1st Tee Views and would absolutely recommend it. The home itself is fantastic, but the care and thought the owners put into their guests’ experience is what really sets it apart. Definitely a five-star stay!
